I... Just... I mean... They really... But... *flails*

I can't believe that they did it! They actually just... But... It's my Birthday!!!!! How can they kill Owen and Tosh?!?!?! It could only have been worse if they'd killed Ianto and then I just couldn't have forgiven them!!! They'd managed to make Owen likable this year and I was really enjoying watching the development of the relationship between Tosh and him and then bang... I'd been hearing rumours about it for weeks but I didn't think they'd actually do it... Kudos to the writers for actually having the balls to kill of two fifths of the Torchwood team. It takes some guts to do that. Especially when they are basically leaving the (incredibly lovely and totally hot) tea boy, the boss (who is shagging the incredibly lovely and totally hot tea boy) and the most irritating character on the show (who wishes she could be the incredibly lovely and totally hot tea boy so she could shag her boss) . It also means that I can no longer say that I met Tosh off Torchwood!!! Gutted.

Well... After having this LJ for several months I felt it was about time I post something!

Was anyone else watching the bit where Ianto, Owen and Tosh are serching for Gwen thinking "please let them find Peter Petrelli chained to the wall in handcuffs"... *goes all dreamy* It just felt so close to the Four Months Later episode of Heroes where they find Peter in Ireland in the big box. I really was expecting them to find him especially after they involved Pete in the advertising campaign for series 2.

Anyway... There was some nice interaction between Ianto and Jack in this one. They really weren't kidding when they said that Ianto was going to play a more significant role this series. I loved the " I came back for you... *significant staring in Ianto's direction* All of you" line. It again highlighted Ianto's significance to Jack after the kiss at the end of last series. For a "teaboy" he sure does save the day a lot! :) Just a shame that they had THAT Jack and Gwen scene. I mean I know they were insinuating a connection between them last year but I thought once Jack and Ianto started developing they might at least vaguely drop Jacks not so discrete "I will flirt with anything with a pulse" attitude. Ahh well... I do hope we get to see some of the "dinner and maybe a movie" hehe.

Sooooo... I guess the question is who is Grey and why did they make Jack pull the OMG face when ~~Spike~~ John said he'd found them? Ooooooooooooo.

Oh and I thought ~~Spike~~ John was great. Nice little addition to Jacks past. Just a shame he was in such a rush to get rid of him because it was lovely to see a bit of James Marsters style badassness again.

That was a bit random and wittery but hay... I was typing what I was thinking so tra la la la laaaaaaaa. :)
